And don't even think about Vermont. Despite it being an almost entirely white state, it is filled with filthy hippies like me.:D

Where the hippies are the crap will follow, Its only a matter of time as 30 million illegals are going to be granted amnesty as legal citizens so there is room for another 30 million illegals, they have to go somehwere.

QWAK,When I bought my caben and land in 81 I expected the CRASH with in a fiew years at max. I tried to pull together a SURVIVAL team with indiviguals who had talants and abilities that would lend them selves to a survival situation. Most thought me a bit nuts at the time but with intrist rates just under 20% and the wage freez of the late 70s there was a real fear by them that I could be right so they sort of played along for a wile. Most made only one trip to the cabin and with no runing water or any real comforts other than electricity they found it was very hard and more work than they imagined.

With in about 18 mo. all had abandoned the survival team idea and were positive I was CRAZY! I NEVER QUIT I just change DIRECTION so I scrounged materials and worked two jobs and every chance I would go to the cabin and work twice as hard to try and make it livable and ready for when the crash did finely come.

Today it is fairly comfortable here for me but still would be by many concidered primitive, heating with wood,no city water and looking very unconventional but 100% free and clear and every thing here is payed off, no DEBT except a small credit card debt from buying SILVER last year at under $7.00 and next mo. that too will be zeroed out.

Over the years I continued to plan for an eventual SURVIVAL TEAM and I saved and bought extra survival equipment, tents, sleeping bags, surpluss military cooking stuff even a korean war tent heater wood stove, portable toilets, cots, I even have stock piled toilet paper and soap.

The way I see it I will have two choices HELP them when they eventualy show up or SHOOT THEM, both posabilities are dependent on how thing go down and how they present them selves.

IF nothing happens as it has for 25 years then I have a payed off home and land, some SILVER and GOLD and zero debt and I will just continue to be that crazy guy living out in the woods in a log cabin, but I am still fairly shure I aint CRAZY!

QWAK,CB+julie, "Duck... are you drunk right now?" I never liked drinking much it always gave me a head ach! LOL I do smoke a bowl now and then, it tends to keep me mellow!:smokin:

Do I sound like I have been drinking? HUMmmmm:hahaha:

Mostly at the moment I am a bit tired and a little sore from building a new stone wall out by my home made wood fire heated hot tub spa. I try to do somthing every day that improves this place. I can do a fairly workman like job in about 9 diferent traids and I am an artist and inventor so I always have projects going on in various states of compleatedness.:albertein

It's pretty neat seeing the maps broken down like that.

I remember the first time (and only time, so far) that I traveled to the east coast, having lived in Cali all my life. It was in Washington, DC, and I remember all the janitors, cooks, etc. were all black. It was strange for me as around here, they're all brown (Mexican). It was kind of nice being able to actually converse with many of them, and I got to know a few of the cooks while I was there for a few weeks.
